Step 7c: Top-Up Devices
Seeing a list of all active devices for your subscription

Some ONE practitioners make extensive use of top-up devices, each with its own expiry date. It’s important to easily track which devices are nearing expiry and when. The Home Page of the ONE app includes a panel showing all active devices for your subscription (as shown above), ordered by expiry date—devices expiring soonest appear at the top. Pending expiries are highlighted in a different colour for emphasis.
You can double-click any entry in this list to open the edit box for that device. This allows you to change the expiry date, update the programme assigned to the device, or terminate the schedule.
If you’re expecting to see a specific top-up device and it’s not visible, the schedule has likely expired. To resolve this, go to the Run a Client Session section, select the Top-Up Devices tab, and locate your device there. You can then re-activate it, and it will reappear in the active list on the Home Page.
There’s also a Refresh button that retrieves the latest device data from the database.
