Step 6: Run a connected session
On this page, you’ll build your Action List—a sequence of programmes queued to run for the current client. Typically, you might choose one main programme for 60 minutes between the Initial and Final Balance phases, but you can add more.

Below is a video showing the full process: selecting a client, configuring the programme, and running the session. It includes usage tips and mirrors the steps outlined below.
Manual Instructions
1. Introduction to the Action Plan
This assumes you’ve already created and selected the client. If not, revisit Step 5: Create a Client Record.
The Action Plan starts with two pre-loaded programmes: Initial Balance and Final Balance, each set to run for 15 minutes. These are strongly recommended as part of the client protocol.

- Initial Balance helps “tidy up” the energy bodies before addressing a specific issue. It clears blockages and promotes cohesion—similar to “opening the zones” in Reflexology.
- Final Balance focuses on grounding. After the main programme (e.g. for addiction), energy disruption may occur as blockages dissolve. This can lead to temporary symptoms like headaches or mild flu—a healing crisis. Final Balance helps stabilise the client post-session.
You can adjust or exclude these programmes. Click the Initial / Final Balance Options bar to expand the settings.

Click the downward chevron to expand

2. Add a Specific Programme
Click Add Item to Programme List to choose a specific programme (typically 60 minutes). This opens a selection page.

Click your chosen programme. It will appear above the Duration in Minutes field. Confirm the duration (usually 60 minutes), then click Add Programme to Action List to return to the session overview.
Programme Duration – Important Advice
Recommended protocol:
- 15 minutes Initial Balance
- 60 minutes Main Programme
- 15 minutes Final Balance
For strong trauma cases (e.g. PTSD), start gently. Trauma is often a crystallised block of emotion. A 15-minute session may be more appropriate initially. Monitor the client’s response and adjust duration accordingly.
Think of trauma like an onion—each session dissolves a layer. This should be supported by counselling and, where appropriate, medical treatment.
Even after emotional balance is achieved, continue sessions for a while to prevent re-crystallisation and support deeper healing.
3. Press the Start Session Button
Once the Action Plan is ready and the client is connected via wrist straps, press the green Start Session button.

The session page will update with a progress indicator and context-sensitive controls.

Security Best Practice
If you leave the room, lock the PC using CTRL + ALT + DEL and select Lock. This protects client data from unauthorised access. It’s a simple but vital safeguard—especially in clinic environments.
4. Pausing and Cancelling the Run

Pausing the Run
Clients may need a break—energy work can be intense. If so, press Pause. The session will suspend for up to 30 minutes before auto-cancelling.
Cancelling the Run
To end the session early, press Cancel. You’ll only be charged for full and partial five-minute blocks that have elapsed.
After the session, check the client’s wellbeing. Most will feel fine, but some may benefit from a few moments of rest and a drink (e.g. tea) to help the energies settle.
