Desktop App

The One app is developed using modern Microsoft tools for optimal integration with Windows 11 (Windows 10 also supported). We recommend keeping your operating system up to date by allowing all prompted updates to install.

Most modern computers (2021 onwards) support higher screen resolutions, and Microsoft encourages developers to take advantage of these larger displays. If you're using an older device with a smaller resolution, the app will reformat to fit the available space—though some interface elements may be reduced. For best results, we recommend a higher-specification system; a 4K display is ideal. Future builds of the One software will continue to target high-resolution environments.

Light and Dark Mode Support

Starting with Windows 10, users could choose between light and dark display modes. Windows 11 adopted dark mode as the default, reflecting broader industry trends. The One app supports both modes, and users can toggle between them via the Settings page. On well-specified Windows 11 systems, the app also supports display transparency — an aesthetic feature popular in modern software interfaces.

Cost and Licensing

The One software is free for all registered users. When a subscription is created, it is registered as a clinic—whether for a solo practitioner or a group practice. The account holder becomes the administrator and can add or manage other users. All client records created within the subscription are accessible to its practitioners, but not to other subscription groups.

The software allows users to create client records, perform connected sessions (with the client present and using wrist straps), register top-up devices (such as the One Card), and schedule transmissions via the One cloud servers.

Program transmissions—whether to a local client or a top-up device—are paid for using pre-paid credits. Credits are managed at the subscription level, and the administrator (or delegated staff) is responsible for purchasing credit blocks. This is done via a link in the software, which opens a secure checkout page. Once payment is completed, credits are applied to the account within moments.
