The One System

Drug and Substance Addiction Programs

This page lists the various programs available within the One system for specific substances. It explains why there is not one single program for addiction, and how the One system protocol varies from conventional substance addiction therapies.

A key part of this explanation relies on your having some understanding of what an Engram is. Please read the Concepts Of Energy Balancing page on this website before you fully explore this page, as it gives a full description of the concept. This is vital to understanding the value that the One system adds to the support of addiction sufferers.

Drug problem

In conventional therapeutic settings, treatment for substance addiction typically begins with detoxification—removing the chemical substance from the body. This process, while essential, often triggers intense physical and psychological distress. Detox symptoms may last for days or weeks before the body regains a sense of balance. Ongoing support, including pharmaceutical intervention in some cases, is usually offered to help prevent relapse. Success depends on the individual’s willpower, the ability to overcome psychological dependency, the quality of positive support, and the influence of external factors.

The One system acknowledges all of these conventional approaches and does not seek to replace them. Instead, it offers additional energetic and metaphysical support—addressing deeper layers that may reinforce addiction patterns. Our model identifies five key factors that may need resolution:

  1. Presence of the chemical substance
  2. The engram
  3. Energetic attachments
  4. Damage to the protective energy bodies
  5. Underlying trauma

Let’s explore each of these in turn:

1. Presence of the chemical substance

The initial trigger for addiction is the chemical’s effect on the body. Substances alter brain chemistry and neurotransmitter receptivity, leading to physical dependency. Withdrawal can provoke severe reactions as the body attempts to recalibrate.

2. The engram

Intense psychological experiences can imprint themselves onto the flow of chi energy, forming what we call engrams—dense energetic patterns associated with low-frequency states such as addiction, fear, and depression. Unlike high-frequency experiences, these engrams persist and accumulate.

Chemical dependency can create engrams so dense that the body’s natural cleansing processes cannot dissolve them. The psychological imprint of withdrawal, combined with the intense focus on obtaining the substance, reinforces the engram. Even after detox, this energetic pattern may continue to project cravings into the consciousness of the individual—especially during times of stress or vulnerability.

The One system’s technology is specifically designed to help dissolve and eliminate these engrams, supporting the body’s return to energetic balance.

3. Energetic Attachments

Beyond internal engrams, individuals may also absorb external energetic patterns. For example, a person resonating with a particular substance may encounter a detached engram in an environment where addiction is prevalent—such as a high-risk setting or substance-use environment—and unconsciously absorb it.

These attachments can intensify the energetic imprint of addiction. The One system includes protocols to identify and dissolve these external influences, helping to reduce the overall energetic burden.

4. Damage to the protective energy bodies

We are constantly immersed in a sea of energetic and electromagnetic fields. Substance addiction places immense stress on the body’s energetic defenses, weakening its ability to repel low-frequency energies. This vulnerability can lead to further energetic intrusion, emotional instability, and increased susceptibility to relapse.

The One system offers targeted support to help repair and strengthen the protective energy bodies, restoring resilience and promoting wellness.

5. Trauma

Many practitioners report that addiction often stems from unresolved trauma. Individuals may turn to substances as a way to numb emotional pain or escape distressing memories.

The One system includes dedicated programs for trauma and PTSD. We recommend that practitioners assess for underlying trauma and, if present, run the Trauma program as a second phase following addiction support—addressing the root cause and supporting deeper healing.
